Domestic:
For online orders we accept product in new condition, unworn for a full refund. Return shipping is free. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. 

For in store purchases, we are happy to take it back for credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase. We accept items in new, unworn condition.*Please note that all sale items are final sale, both in store and online.*

Online orders can be returned both online and in store. In store purchases must be returned in store.

International: 
For online orders, we accept product in new condition, unworn for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. *Please note that all sale items are final sale, both in store and online.*

Would you like to exchange?
For online orders please send us an email requesting an exchange for another size/style. If the product is in stock and there is a price difference you will either be charged or credited the difference once your initial purchase is received. If purchased online, you can bring your product in store to exchange. 

Return Process:
Domestic Returns
For domestic returns we include a prepaid shipping label in your package. All you need to do is:
1. Secure and re-wrap your box
2. Place the shipping label on the front of the package.
3. Fill out the reasoning code or send us an email letting us know why you are sending them back!
4. Bring the box to the shipping courier listed on your label. 

International Returns
Currently, we are not able to issue return labels to our bae's outside of North America. However, you are still able to return your goods. Send us your return package using your favorite courier service! All you need to do is:
1. Secure and re-wrap your box
2. Fill out the reasoning sheet or send us an email explaining why you are returning your goods
3. Take the package to your courier service

*Please allow 2-5 days for domestic returns to be processed and 5-10 days for international returns to be processed. Your return will be processed on the same card that was used to make the purchase. It may take a few days for the return to be visible on your account. The Swank babes will send you an email letting you know once we've received your package and processed your return!*
